    • Focus Areas: Regulatory compliance, certification support, ongoing education.

    • Responsibilities:

      • Guide members through New York cannabis regulations.

      • Assist with certification applications and compliance checklists.

      • Develop training programs on regenerative organic practices and business operations.

Market Access & Branding

    • Focus Areas: Market development, product creation, Certified brand positioning.

    • Responsibilities:

      • Establish wholesale and retail partnerships, collective distribution channels, and new markets (including Micro Business).

      • Develop value-added products aligning with collective standards.

      • Promote CSGC’s brand through outreach campaigns and public engagement.

        Sustainability, Infrastructure & Technology Workgroup

    • Focus Areas: Environmental stewardship, technology integration, shared resources.

    • Responsibilities:

      • Maintain and develop regenerative farming guidelines.

      • Implement tracking and compliance software, ensuring data accessibility.

      • Oversee shared infrastructure (e.g., drying/processing spaces) for collective benefit.

Finance, Advocacy & Community Engagement

    • Focus Areas: Financial support, policy advocacy, community connections.

    • Responsibilities:

      • Develop funding sources (grants, loans) and support financial planning for members.

      • Advocate for small grower interests in policy discussions.

      • Foster community engagement through partnerships, outreach, and education.
